Our Commitment to Affordability
and Artist Sustainability

At The Bureau of Queer Art (TBQA), we remain deeply committed to making high-quality, international art opportunities accessible to queer and allied artists. The participation fees and service packages for IMMORTAL are not marked up for profit—they reflect only what’s required to cover fair production costs, ensure smooth operation, and support the sustainability of our community-run platform.

To extend your experience beyond the fair itself, we encourage artists to apply to our InResidency online program. This immersive offering opens the door to deeper engagement with your studio practice—through podcast interviews, feature articles, short-form video, reels, and community feedback sessions designed to support both your conceptual development and public visibility. Artists in the program also receive discounted rates for exhibitions and priority placement in our long-term initiatives.

For those seeking a more embedded relationship with TBQA, we also offer artist commitment packages that include:

  • Priority acceptance to Art Week exhibitions, cultural showcases, and fairs

  • Inclusion in shows sponsored by the Secretary of Culture

  • Reserved placement in our annual Pride exhibition in CDMX or another major capital

  • Participation in InResidency group exhibitions

  • Access to studio space in Cuernavaca and secure artwork storage between exhibitions
